The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Track and Field team competed in the Mid-South Conference Championships this past weekend in Columbia, Kentucky at Lindsey Wilson College. The Patriots trailed Lindsey Wilson by a 1/2 point entering the final two events, the Patriots scored 21 points over the final two events to edge the Blue Raiders 244 to 235.5. This would make the first conference championship for the women's team in 7 years, last winning in the 2008 season.
